Important notes
- Season pass must be presented in the original or digitally upon entry to BELANTIS.
- Valid for the entire season, benefits for partners until the end of the calendar year (season passes 2024: 01.01.-31.12.2024)
- Season passes are personal, non-transferable and non-exchangeable. Season pass discounts and special offers are exclusively for the personal use of the season pass holder and are not transferable. Misuse will result in the season pass being invalidated/terminated.
- Please note that the benefits are unique to the Season Pass card. Example: If you have already redeemed your 2024 Season Pass Friends tickets in 2023, you will not receive any new free Friends tickets in 2024.
- The Gold Cup is only available once and must then be brought back for each visit. If you lose or forget your Gold Cup, you can buy a new Gold Cup for €5.
- Drinks can only be refilled with the drinks intended for the cup (= non-alcoholic drinks from the refill station at the catering units). Slsuhies are not included. Drinks vending machines and freestyle stations in the park are also excluded.
- Free tickets and discounted tickets for friends are only available from the 2nd visit.
- Free tickets for friend(s) cannot be redeemed for the Halloween special. Exception: Season Pass KÖNIG: free tickets for friends can be redeemed on Saturdays in October for the Halloween special.
- Season passes with a discount in the store or restaurant must be presented without being asked before purchase and before ordering in order to receive the corresponding discount.
- If the season pass is lost or forgotten, an administration fee of €5 will be charged for reprinting. A reprint is only possible with a valid identity card or other proof of identification.
- All prices are on request and subject to availability. Special offers/discounts are only valid during the specified period and cannot be combined/accumulated with other offers, promotions and discounts. Subject to change and errors excepted.
- In the case of free admission or special services in the partner parks, the conditions of validity of the partner parks must be observed (e.g. exclusion days during vacations, public holidays, discount conditions).
- The General Terms and Conditions of EVENT PARK GmbH also apply.
- The data protection declaration of EVENT PARK GmbH applies, which must be signed by the respective season pass holder or his/her legal representative at the ticket office before the first visit.
